Formatted contents note This book deals with issues of global environment protection. It analyses the role of space law and air law for ecological management of planet earth and its resource. It has major focus on space law. It also studies relevant environmental law, future studies involved, and the new order of unity of science for management of environments. It discusses the emerging new world order based on harmony with nature and peaceful relations among states. Space exploration began in 1957 under IGY programme to know more about planet earth. This effort was based upon international cooperation between states and experts from all disciplines in physical and social sciences. The result has been a unity achieved in total knowledge that humankind has. With this new insight today we plan global cooperation for protection of environments and natural resources. The UNESCO made significant contributions in 1968 for a conference for Biosphere management, ït also held an important symposium in 1971 for "Synthesis of Science' on university of Einstein and biologist Chardin. Unesco declared a biologist view of the planet that was needed to shape global environment and maintain a steady state of nature. Ever since global ecology has taken predominant concern of humankind. Today we are concerned to reduce global warming that poses threats to human survival. Space exploration and resultant space law have impacted global environment. World has become an interdependent village by global communication, television, air transport and planning of natural resources by remote sensing earth satellites. Space law and science is poised to discover mysteries of nature and cosmic frontiers. More information is being obtained by satellites about life in Mars and the cosmos. Above all, space exploration has much expectation to remove global poverty by cooperation in management of earth resources.
