Description :
Goods and Services Tax [‘GST’], the much talked about and the most awaited indirect Tax reform in the history of independent India has been implemented with effect from 01.07.2017. In order to thoroughly understand nities and gritties of the new tax regime, requirement of a comprehensive book in simple and lucid language can not be ruled out. Keeping in view the aforesaid objective, the present three volume book is being published. Since the salient features of the book are highlighted on the cover-page of the book, they are given here again. However, it is necessary to add here that the greatest strength of the book lies in its examples on applicability of substantial number of applicable statutory provisions and rules. It is expected that the examples shall go a long way in imparting better understanding of the complicated provisions and rules.
